Squads
Small on purpose.
Five to eight runners, one race, one timeline. Big enough that someone has always just run;
small enough that when your Tuesday goes missing, somebody notices. That's not a bug — it's
the entire product.
Matching
Matched like it matters.
A squad only works if everyone's training toward the same weekend, at speeds that belong
in the same conversation. So matching checks four things before a squad forms:
- Same race window — your peak weeks and taper line up with everyone's.
- Within one pace band — nobody's easy day is somebody else's race effort.
- Similar weekly volume — three-run contracts sit with three-run people.
- Compatible timezones — recaps land on everyone's Monday morning.
And while our cohorts are small, every squad is checked by a human before it forms.
Constraint-checked, hand-finished — not algorithm roulette.

Get matched
Join solo with a race and a contract. You land in the matching pool and get placed with
runners on your race, timeline, and pace — usually within the week.
💌
Join a friend
Got an invite link? You land straight in their squad, onboarding pre-fills their race,
and you're in the feed by tonight. Invitations, not signup walls.
🏡
Start your own
Bring your whole crew: a private squad with your own invite links, the same rings, the
same streak rules. The group chat, upgraded with consequences.
Signing up with one friend but want to be matched? Pair up — you move through the pool
as a unit and land in the same squad, guaranteed.
Life inside
What a squad actually feels like.
Not a group chat that dies in week three. A quiet, persistent room where effort shows up,
gets seen, and gets celebrated.
The avatar row
Everyone's week, one glance. Each member wears a mini ring that fills as their runs
land. No spreadsheets, no check-in messages — the rings do the accountability.
The feed
Run Cards, newest first — photos, route maps, and what each run counted for. React with

The shared streak
"🔥 6 weeks strong" belongs to all of you. It survives only if everyone honors their own
contract — which is exactly why your Tuesday run matters to five other people.
Monday recaps
Every Monday: everyone's rings, the most-reacted run, the streak's status, and the race
countdown — in the app and in your inbox. The week gets a proper ending.
Your squad is out there.
Five to eight runners on your race, your timeline, your pace — about to become the reason you don't skip.
